All ACTIVE Residential listings should no longer allow overlapping showings. Showing instructions should include the following verbiage: Seller requests that you ensure that you and your buyer(s) have not experienced fever, coughing, or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days; have not come into contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days; and have not traveled outside of the Kansas City metro area in the last 14 days. If any of these apply to you, please cancel this appointment and contact listing agent for a virtual showing. If you are in the clear, please sanitize, wash hands, or wear gloves prior to showing; and leave your shoes at the door. And as always, your prompt feedback is appreciated!
You should advise sellers to leave lights on and doors (even closets) open so that buyers are not touching things!
Please read all guidelines provided by KCRAR here: http://kcrar.com/covid19-guidelines (updated as needed!)
