As market conditions return to a more balanced pace, many agents are noticing listings taking a little longer to move. That’s why we’re excited to re-energize one of our favorite traditions — the Crown Realty Black Friday Sale, running from November 24 through December 1, 2025 (the Monday before Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday).
This weeklong event is designed to spark new buyer interest, create fresh visibility, and help both agents and sellers make the most of the Thanksgiving holiday season.
A Little History
We launched our first Black Friday Real Estate Sale back in 2013, and it quickly became one of Crown Realty’s most recognizable seasonal campaigns. From 2013 through 2019, participation and results were strong — agents saw renewed listing activity and increased inquiries, all driven by a coordinated marketing push across multiple platforms.
While we continued the program through 2020–2024, the hot markets of those years meant many listings sold before the event even began. With homes now spending more time on the market in 2025, we believe this year’s sale will once again be a valuable opportunity to gain traction and generate interest.
How It Works
Participating listings will be featured on our high-visibility platforms and promoted through office-wide marketing efforts.
Each participating home will include a minimum 3% price reduction during the Black Friday Sale week.

Key Dates
- List by: November 12, 2025
- Submit participation info by: Friday, November 21, 2025
- Price drop applied: Monday, November 24, 2025

Participation Details
- Listings must not expire before December 1, 2025
- Sellers must agree to a minimum 3% price reduction through Thanksgiving week
- Price changes will be made by the listing agent or office secretary
- Agents must submit listings and new price info to Briana or Katie by Friday, November 21
