Great Escape Designation Credit

On month left to earn designation credit toward the Great Escape 🌴

At our Goal Setting meeting last year, we announced an increase to the trip qualifying amount to $4 million in volume, but we also announced that earning designations could help you qualify! So with one month to go in the 2025 calendar year, you may be wondering how do I do this?

November is NAR’s Designation Month so don’t wait! Many NAR education partners run specials in November, and select courses and programs are 20% off, which makes it the perfect time to plan and register.

How the 2025 Designation Credit Program Works

We’re rewarding you for investing in yourself.

💰 Volume Credit for Active Designations

• Any designation you already have that is active
  (dues paid and CE/current hours up to date if required)
  → counts as a $100,000 volume credit
  toward earning the Great Escape incentive trip.

🎓 Volume Credit for New Designations (Dec 18, 2024 – Dec 24, 2025)

• Any new designation or certification you earn between
  December 18, 2024 – December 24, 2025
  → counts as a $200,000 volume credit
  toward the trip.

📈 Maximum Credit

You can earn up to $500,000 in additional volume credit this way.

That means:
If you close $3.5 million in actual sales volume in 2025,
you could still qualify for the 2026 Great Escape trip
by also earning enough designations to get the full $500,000 volume credit.

This program applies to 2025 volume benefits only.

When you complete a designation or certification (or if you already have them),
please email Katie – katiecasey@crownrealty.com with:

• The designation/certification name
• Date earned (or renewed)

So we can make sure your credits are applied.

• When you complete the C2EX app experience, it counts for our designation credit program too.
