So with one month to go in the 2025 calendar year, you may be wondering how do I do this?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>November is NAR&#8217;s Designation Month<\/strong> so don&#8217;t wait! Many NAR education partners run specials in November, and select courses and programs are <strong>20% off<\/strong>, which makes it the perfect time to plan and register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>How the 2025 Designation Credit Program Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re rewarding you for investing in yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83d\udcb0 Volume Credit for Active Designations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Any <strong>designation you already have<\/strong> that is <em>active<\/em><br>(dues paid and CE\/current hours up to date if required)<br>\u2192 counts as a <strong>$100,000 volume credit<\/strong><br>toward earning the <strong>Great Escape<\/strong> incentive trip.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83c\udf93 Volume Credit for New Designations (Dec 18, 2024 \u2013 Dec 24, 2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Any <strong>new designation or certification<\/strong> you earn between<br><strong>December 18, 2024 \u2013 December 24, 2025<\/strong><br>\u2192 counts as a <strong>$200,000 volume credit<\/strong><br>toward the trip.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83d\udcc8 Maximum Credit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can earn <strong>up to $500,000 in additional volume credit<\/strong> this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means:<br>If you close <strong>$3.5 million<\/strong> in actual sales volume in 2025,<br>you could still qualify for the <strong>2026 Great Escape<\/strong> trip<br>by also earning enough designations to get the full <strong>$500,000 volume credit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>This program applies to <strong>2025 volume benefits only.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>When you complete a designation or certification (or if you already have them),<br>please email <strong>Katie \u2013 <a>katiecasey@crownrealty.com<\/a><\/strong> with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The <strong>designation\/certification name<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Date earned<\/strong> (or renewed)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So we can make sure your credits are applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Where to Get NAR Designations &amp; Certifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>National Association of REALTORS\u00ae<\/strong> offers a wide range of designations and certifications that count for this program.
